How we incubate
Five rules that keep coming back
They come from the projects themselves, each with its own example.
Only what has a product of its own gets in
There is one test for being in Singular Ventures: a business with a product of its own, in incubation and meant to become a company. Everything else is consulting, and that is what Singular Beacon does.
We use it at home first
autoWorks started as an internal tool and is tested on real episodes of our own shows before we think of anyone else.
The group provides the technology
Projects do not start from scratch. Singular Beacon, the group's in-house consulting firm and operational engine, provides the technology and the support: the0racle began as one of its research and development projects.
Progress is earned, not scheduled
The first version of the0racle counts as done if the machine works, vetoes correctly and is traceable, not because of any return.
A person decides, and it leaves a trail
In autoWorks the process stops at least once per episode for a person to approve it. In the0racle, whatever the AI proposes goes through a deterministic risk engine and every decision is recorded.

Data strategy and digitalization consulting, and an Odoo partner. It is the group's in-house consulting firm and operational engine, and provides the technology the projects rely on.
